  • Legal forms: Kft. (limited company), Zrt. / Nyrt. (company limited by shares), Kkt. (general partnership), Bt. (limited partnership), Cooperative, Sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), Sole company (egyéni cég), Hungarian branch of a foreign company
  • Consortium: no
  • Not eligible: Agriculture, Food industry, Fishery and aquaculture
  • The amount may not exceed 10× the operating profit of the last closed year, nor that year's revenue
  • State-aid basis: De minimis (EU 2023/2831)

  • Very low or low digital intensity, proven by a certified result from the DKF assessment tool 11. section
  • The project site must have been a registered seat, site or branch for at least one year 11, 12. section
