IZ Labs Kft. (seat: 1072 Budapest, Klauzál tér 10. 2. em. 23.; company registration number: 01-09-459703; tax number: 33111920-2-42; email: [email protected]). This notice covers the use of palyazatok.iz-labs.com.

What we process

Company details you enter in the "Your company" panel: name, tax number, legal form, year founded, headcount, sector, region, city and, if you add them, financials (revenue, operating profit, equity, share capital, export share, de minimis aid received, tax arrears and proceedings, planned project size). They are stored in your browser and sent to our server to compute your eligibility, where they are stored against a random visitor identifier.

Usage data: pages and calls viewed, filters used, documents opened, language switches, the referring site, browser type and timestamps, tied to the random visitor identifier. We do not store IP addresses.

Interest: when you click "I'm interested" we store your email, the company details you entered, your message, the selected call, the preliminary score and the text and time of your consent.

Tax-number lookup: with the tax number you enter we query the public company register and published annual reports (through the CégadatAPI service of WellData Kft., source: Company Information Service of the Ministry of Justice) and the European Commission's VIES service. We take company-level data only (name, seat, legal form, founding, headcount, main activity, report figures); owners, managers and bank accounts are neither requested nor stored. The answer is cached for 30 days.

Why, and on what basis

Computing eligibility and running the site: our legitimate interest in providing the service (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and fulfilling your request.

Saving your interest and passing it to a partner consultancy: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given on the form and revocable at any time.

Analysing usage to improve the service: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We use no marketing cookies and no third-party analytics.

Who receives it

Partner consultancies, only when you tick the box asking to be contacted. We then pass your email, company details, message and the selected call to the partner assigned to that theme, who acts as an independent controller.

Our hosting provider stores the data in the European Union. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

You delete the company details stored in your browser with "Clear my details". Server-side data tied to the visitor identifier is deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

Interests are kept until you withdraw consent, and at most 24 months.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for portability. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

You can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, naih.hu) or go to court.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your company details, saved calls and the visitor identifier so they survive your next visit. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
